DEPOSITS
$20-$25
A deposit will be required for all appointments. This fee will go towards remaining balance on all confirmed appointments. Clients will get a reminder email/text for appointment. You have 48 hours to notify stylist of cancelation without fee. If Client cancels later than 48 hours but reschedules , deposit will be be applied to rescheduled appointment. If client cancels without rescheduling, deposit is forfeited.
LATE/CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW
$30
As it is understood that things happen, we have to make sure that all parties are being cared for and other clients are allowed to book an appointment in Lue of your absence. If you will be late please call or text 804-294-3131. You are allowed a 15 min grace period. Beyond that point you may be asked to reschedule.
You have 48 hours to notify stylist of cancelation without penalty.
If cancelled 24 hours or less before appointment time a $30 fee will be due before allowed to book an appointment in the future or added to balance at next booked appointment.
REFUNDS
5-7 days
Refunds will be issued by means of payment. If by card refund will be processed immediately. Banks will process back to your card which may take 5-7 days. if Paid via cash app cash or zelle refund can be immediate.
SERVICE SATISFACTION
Clients are allowed 24 hours after service to notify stylist of any issues or if service was unsatisfactory. This will allow stylist the opportunity to find a solution or refund. beyond this time frame client is at fault of non communication.
ADDED HAIR POLICY
All outside purchased hair must be approved by stylist in advance for services. Failure to do so may result in undesirable results or refusal of service

The salon is located in a large salon suite please respect everyones relaxation by keeping phone conversations and social media low and to a minimum.
